Geneviève has taught at beading events,and written a book titled "How to Make 100 Bead Embroidery Motifs." She is a member of the Toronto Bead Society and the Canadian Embroiderers Guild, London. Geneviève is a Certified Zentangle Teacher™, and creator and publisher of "Tangle Organizers" as well as a "Geneviève's Mandala Stencils."
Geneviève Crabe
Geneviève believes that creativity is not just the realm of a talented few, but something that all of us can learn and exercise in our lives. When she meets people who tell her that they are not creative, she gets great pleasure from proving them wrong. This is why she loves to teach.
She creates in many art forms, including bead embroidery, mixed-media painting, digital art, and Zentangle®-inspired art.
Geneviève is the author of the book "How to Make 100 Bead Embroidery Motifs". She earned the title of Certified Zentangle Teacher™ in October 2010. Since then, she has taught classes and created a set of books called "Tangle Organizers" for Zentangle artists. Her Zentangle-Inspired Art has been featured in several Zentangle books, and is also an inspiration for her beadwork.
She is a member of the Toronto Bead Society, and the Canadian Embroiderers’ Guild, London (Ontario). Geneviève is also the Visual Arts Director of Artistically Speaking Out Against Bullying.
