Beth Kingston
Beth Kingston is a food-loving, giant-dog owning, proud US Army wife who is the luckiest chick on earth because she gets to play with paper and glue for a living! From everyday household items to one-of-a-kind finds, Beth believes everything is made better by a handmade, personal touch. She treasures hand sewn blankets from her great-grandmother, homemade cards from her mother, and handcrafted gifts from friends—and she wants to spread that love and appreciation for crafting to others.
Beth's greatest pleasure is when she sees the lightbulb come on; when someone who says, "I'm not creative" finds the joy in creating something with their own hands and discovers their creative spirit. She enjoys working with traditional papercrafts, because they seem more familiar/less intimidating to beginners and can be used for almost any project — from scrapbooking and cardmaking to home decor and altered art.
For the past seven years, Beth has been the Corporate Spokesperson for Xyron, one of the leading manufacturers in the craft industry. She is a regular guest on HSN and has appeared on Scrapbook Memories, Create & Craft TV in the United Kingdom, the Lifetime Channel’s Balancing Act, and The Shopping Channel in Canada. She has written craft articles for TLC.com and is also the host of a series of crafting videos. However, her favorite part of the job is traveling around the world teaching classes and meeting other fabulous, crazy crafters!
