Every piece of jewelry Tina Mezek makes comes out of a deep gratitude to her teachers. They gave her not only the knowledge but also the inspiration to follow their example of teaching methods. Most of them are the authors of jewelry making books.

Tina is master jeweler who loves to create unique pieces from precious metals but nothing excites her more than making jewelry with wire and beads. It gives her designs a freedom and no limitations due to lower-cost materials. She can do bold and dramatic pieces that she enjoys the most. Creating with different materials and techniques is her passion.

Tina finished jewelry school in 1996, and since then has worked in a jewelry shop where she made and designed gold and silver jewelry for the shop. In 2000 she started to teach at a local bead and art supply shop. She finished her master degree in jewelry in 2005. Her work was featured in numerous Slovenian fashion magazines. Her Tree Necklace tutorial was published in Step by Step Wire Jewelry and made it to front cover. She has been teaching her own jewelry making techniques on workshops in all major bead and art supply shops in Slovenia regularly for 13 years. She is known for her easy to follow and clear instruction as well as her unique jewelry designs and techniques.
