What was once a means to survive turned into a loved hobby for Gianna Zimmerman. Gianna, who lives in the Netherlands, describes beading as her main craft, but she won't let anything stop her from learning crafts like Soutache, Macrame, Crochet and anything else she sets her mind to.

Her plan is to become self-employed in the next couple of years and for this to happen she doesn't let a moment go by without beads in her hands. Gianna is never lacking in inspiration, since there are so many crafts she enjoys.

Gianna is completely self taught. She learned beading from a book and soon started altering things and improving on designs and techniques. In September 2011 she brought her knowledge to YouTube sharing with beaders how to make their jewelry longer lasting. With 3 different channels and growing every day she has already gathered quite a name in the YouTube beading community. Her clear instructions, fun comments and extra tips are a treat.
