Pat Gibbons

Pat Gibbons grew up in the countryside of Connecticut and for as long as she can remember she has been gardening and creating art from the natural elements in her surroundings. This was the foundation of her aesthetics and it was the combination of her art and rural background that came together naturally in floral design.

Pat has a gift for teaching and from her 32 years of floral design experience, she now enjoys sharing her expertise and knowledge. She has a step by step method of teaching which clearly and easily shows the process of how to design. Starting with the very basics, she teaches how to select flowers and how to properly condition them so they last. You’ll learn tips from a professional floral designer as she teaches ‘how to build a bouquet’ and how color and texture creates different effects.
