Eva Ehmeier

Eva Ehmeier lives with her husband on an old farmstead in Austria. She has been working with polymer clay since 2007 when she was looking for materials to create her own soap dishes. She was instantly hooked and wanted more, much more.

With Polymer clay being such a versitale medium, it still fascinates her as on the first day. She is inspired by things she sees and feels – nature, animals, colors, arts, music and other kinds of craft and design. Everything drives her to get new ideas and Polymer Clay is the perfect medium to turn her inspirations into jewelry and accessories. She is curious where her creativity will drive her in the future.

Since the beginning of 2010, she has taught workshops in Austria and she will be one of the teachers at the European Clay Carnival 2010 in Madrid.

Eva‘s work was featured on the website Polmer Clay Daily and in the books "Edle Schmuckunikate & Accessoires aus Polymer Clay" by Bettina Welker and "European Polymer Clay Art' by Anke Humpert & Martina Weller.
